Your skin. Your wellbeing. Your time.
Kia ora, and welcome.
I created this space for people who want more from their skin care than another treatment on a menu.
Perhaps your skin has become something you constantly think about—persistent inflammation, rosacea, breakouts, scarring, sensitivity or poor healing that has affected not only your skin, but your confidence and quality of life.
Perhaps you are simply exhausted by the pace of modern life and looking for somewhere to slow down, breathe, be cared for and reconnect with yourself.
Or perhaps you are ready for subtle, beautifully considered rejuvenation that leaves you looking fresh, rested and unmistakably yourself.
Whatever brings you here, my approach begins in the same place: with you.
I take time to understand your skin, your health, your concerns and what you actually want to achieve. From there, I create a considered treatment pathway grounded in skin science, nursing, clinical experience and years of hands-on practice.
There are no trend-driven treatments here. No one-size-fits-all protocols. And no pressure to do more than you need.
Just thoughtful, evidence-informed care designed around skin health, longevity, confidence and wellbeing.

When your skin needs more than another product.
Living with rosacea, persistent breakouts, eczema, scarring, discolouration, sensitivity or poor healing can be exhausting.
You may have tried countless products. Changed your routine. Followed advice from different professionals. Seen temporary improvements, only to find your skin struggling again.
I understand how frustrating that can be.
Over the years, inflammatory and barrier-impaired skin has become one of my areas of clinical expertise. I have spent years studying skin physiology, inflammation and barrier function, refining treatment protocols and learning how to work with different skins rather than forcing them into a predetermined programme.
Your skin is individual. Your treatment should be too.
I begin by understanding what is happening within your skin and what may be contributing to its dysfunction. From there, I develop a personalised protocol using carefully selected professional-grade actives and advanced skin treatments, including Dermapen 4 microneedling where appropriate.
The goal isn't simply to make your skin look better for a few weeks.
It is to restore function, reduce inflammation, improve resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
What we may work with
Rosacea · acne · eczema · chronic inflammation · impaired skin barrier · scarring · post-inflammatory discolouration · sensitivity · poor healing · compromised skin
Every protocol is individual. Sometimes the most appropriate treatment is an advanced procedure. Sometimes it is restoration and patience first. And sometimes the best thing I can recommend is not treating the skin aggressively.
That is part of my responsibility to you.
The experience
Clinical doesn't have to mean cold.
Your treatment takes place on an ergonomically designed, heated treatment bed, with warm compresses, carefully selected aromatherapy and deeply restorative touch woven into the experience.
Because even when we are working towards significant skin transformation, you deserve to feel cared for while you get there.
Evidence-led. Individual. Restorative. Transformative.

A treatment designed to help you exhale.
There is a particular kind of tiredness that isn't solved by another night's sleep.
The tiredness of constantly being switched on. Screens. Notifications. Work. Family. Hormonal changes. Mental load. Too little quiet. Too little time that belongs entirely to you.
Sometimes your skin reflects it too.
CortiCalm™ was created from almost a decade of working with women in high-stress environments and wellness retreats, and from my fascination with the relationship between the skin, stress and the nervous system.
It is not simply a facial.
It is quiet time, deliberately designed.
Your treatment begins with skin health and barrier support using carefully selected professional-grade formulations, while slow, therapeutic touch becomes part of the treatment itself.
Warm compresses. Aromatherapy. A heated treatment bed. Lymphatic techniques. Face, neck, shoulders, arms, décolletage and scalp massage.
Everything is intentionally unhurried.
The aim is to create a deeply restorative experience for both skin and body—supporting relaxation while nourishing and protecting the skin barrier.
Skin care meets nervous-system care.
CortiCalm™ grew from my background in skin science, psychology and physiology, alongside many years of mindfulness and Reiki practice and thousands of hours spent caring for clients.
I became increasingly interested in what happens when we stop treating the skin as an isolated organ and consider the person attached to it.
Stress can influence inflammation, sleep, behaviour and skin function. Relaxation, connection and restorative touch can influence how we feel and how we experience our bodies.
CortiCalm™ is my response to that understanding.
A slower kind of skin care.
A more human kind of treatment.
A space where you don't have to achieve anything for a while.

You should still look like you.
I don't believe in changing faces.
I believe in understanding them.
My approach to aesthetic medicine has been built on years of skin therapy, corneotherapy, skin science and clinical experience before I ever picked up a syringe.
As a Registered Nurse with a Master of Clinical Practice, I approach injectables from a health-first perspective. I assess your skin, facial structure, proportions, goals and overall presentation before recommending any treatment.
Sometimes the answer is an injectable.
Sometimes it is skin restoration first.
Sometimes it is doing nothing at all.
I am comfortable saying no when I don't believe a treatment will serve you.
When we do proceed, my philosophy is subtle and considered: preserve your identity, respect your proportions and make meaningful improvements without creating a "done" appearance.
Think fresh, rested, balanced and naturally you—not different.
My aesthetic education includes advanced injectable training in regenerative and rejuvenating treatments, alongside extensive clinical experience in skin health and inflammation.
For me, injectables are not about chasing a trend.
They are one tool within a much bigger approach to skin health, graceful ageing and long-term confidence.
Skin first. Safety always. You, still you.
